Rosemary Hair & Skin Oil
Herbs have played a major role in beauty and wellness for ages, with rosemary being one of the most popular (lavender, eucalyptus, and chamomile are pretty high on the list, too). Rosemary oil has been known to help naturally stimulate hair growth and reduce further hair loss. When applied several times a week it helps restore hair health. You can apply it to your body after a shower, add a capful or two to your bathtub, use it as a facial moisturiser, or apply to your hair and scalp to nourish and hydrate. Please note, that essential oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil or a moisturiser before applying them to the skin.
How to use
To thicken hair, mix a few drops of rosemary and lavender essential oil with olive oil and apply to your scalp down to your ends. Can also add a few drops to your shampoo. To reduce muscle pain, mix 2 drops of rosemary oil with 2 drops of peppermint oil and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and rub on your sore muscles.
