When do out-of-stock products come back?

Restocks happen regularly. If a product you love is out of stock, simply add your email to the “Notify Me” button on the product page and you’ll get an instant alert once it’s back.

Why is VAT added to my order?

Source Beauty is a tax-registered Egyptian company, and all purchases include14% VATas required by Egyptian law. VAT is applied to all products sold by registered businesses in Egypt.

Are all the products on Source Beauty original?

Yes, 100% original, always.

All products on Source Beauty are sourced directly from the brand, manufacturer, or their authorized distributors. Every item goes through multiple quality checks to ensure authenticity and safety.

Orders & Purchases

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

Contact our customer service via email address, or Live Chat.
Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Alternatively, log in to your account on our website, navigate to "My Orders," and click on the tracking link provided for your order.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us via email, phone, or through the contact form on our website. Provide your order number and a brief description of the problem so we can assist you quickly.

I didn't receive all off my order?

If part of your order is missing, please check the shipping confirmation email to see if the items were sent separately. If all items should have arrived together or if you have concerns, contact our customer service team with your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery & Tracking

How long does delivery take and when will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the next day. All other orders are delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on your location. Visit our Delivery & Tracking Page for more information.

Can I track my order after it ships?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, our courier provider will send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey until delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

What if I need to change my shipping address after placing the order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP, we’ll do our best to update the address. If it’s already dispatched, changing the address may not be possible.

My order is delayed / my parcel is lost, what should I do?

Contact our customer-service team with your order number and tracking ID. We’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve any delay, loss, or delivery issues.

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?

If your order arrived damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email our team within 15 business days with your order number and clear photos/videos. Full steps are outlined on our Returns Policy page.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Orders can be modified or exchanged before shipping. Once shipped, exchanges follow the standard return process. Learn more on our Returns Policy page.

I changed my mind. Can I return my order?

“Change of mind” is not an accepted reason for return. Eligible reasons are listed on our Returns Policy page.
