The product is actually great, highly moisturizing without leaving the hair with a greasy feeling and easily absorbed by the hair so it doesn't weigh down the hair strand leading to it's fall.so for fragile hair and hair loss problems this product is actually quite good.
The only downfall is the packaging, it's horrible. When you're down to the half of the product you can't pump it out because the pump itself is quite short and the opening of the container is also small so you can either use your fingers or thin spatula, even when you do so it gets trapped at the sides. I'd really love if they replaced the current packing with a tube type (another benefit is decreasing the risk of Cross-contamination)
