Manage the symptoms of PMS by carefully applying this oil formulated to balance hormones. Created with a blend of oils that work together to naturally balance emotions and hormones by improving progesterone production in your body.
How to use
During period pain apply 2 drops on sacral chakra (below the navel), solar plexus chakra (between ribs) and on soles of feet and then rub gently anti-clockwise, then apply again after 15 mins on sacral chakra only and rub clockwise.
Apply 2 drops on the wrist, soles of feet and solar plexus chakras and rub anti-clockwise.
You can add also a few drops of alcohol and spray it in the room.

Although I find this oil too intense for regular days. During PMS, this is the ticket! Love.
