It's hydration isn't strong and there's definitely much better conditioners out there but it does the job without causing any damage and it's smell is so nice

its so so good for my hair at least i heard lots of people saying bad things about this conditioner but i really loved it it made my hair shiny and more hydrated i love it and i will definitely be re-purchasing
