After coloring or lightening: mix 7.5 ml of No.1 with every 30 ml of hair color/lightener (ratio 1:4), apply as usual; after rinsing, towel dry and apply No.2 generously for at least 10 minutes, then shampoo and condition.

After perming or straightening: add 15 ml of No.1 into the cream, process normally, rinse, then reapply No.1 with the neutralizer, rinse, and finish with No.2 for 10–20 minutes before final rinse.

As a standalone treatment: mix 10 ml No.1 with 60 ml water (1:6), apply to dry hair for 10–20 min, rinse, then apply No.2 for 10–20 min and rinse thoroughly
