Wash your hair thoroughly. Apply a small amount of oil to the scalp and gently massage it in. Then apply a suitable amount of oil along the length of the hair, especially on the ends, and massage well until you feel the oil has coated every strand. Continue massaging the scalp at the same time.

Leave the oil on your hair for one hour to a maximum of one and a half hours. After that, wash your hair with a gentle shampoo and conditioner. You may need to rinse with warm water first to help remove the oil.
