Wash your hair thoroughly. Apply a small amount of oil to the scalp and massage gently. Then apply a suitable amount through the lengths of the hair, especially the ends, and massage well until the oil is evenly distributed through every strand while continuing to massage the scalp.

Leave the oil on for 1 to 1.5 hours maximum, then wash your hair with a gentle shampoo and conditioner. You may need to rinse with warm water first to help remove the oil.
