Wash your hair well. Apply a small amount of oil to the scalp and massage gently. Then apply an adequate amount of oil along the length of your hair, especially the ends, and massage thoroughly until you feel the oil has penetrated every strand. Continue massaging the scalp at the same time.

Leave the oil treatment on for one to one and a half hours maximum. Then wash your hair with a gentle shampoo and conditioner. You may need to rinse with warm water first to help remove the oil.
